| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler is an equipment designed to perform spatially resolved high throughput and high-plex analysis of transcriptome (up to genome wide) or protein expression (up to 96-plex) at cellular or multi-cellular resolution and from large tissue sections, including fresh frozen and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE). It allows to perform measurements on individual proteins and RNA molecules for morphological visualization with immunofluorescence of the same tissue sample before the high-plex profiling is performed. |
