| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Silicon wafers (currently 150 mm, later also 200 mm) are used for process monitoring and development and as substrates for several technology development activities for future products. These activities are carried out within VTT technology development projects for a large portfolio of research customers. There are about 50 active research projects running in parallel in the cleanrooms. In addition, the same operational environment with process and material offering is supporting directly 20 external user companies working in the facility. |
