| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Aalto University is looking for an eIDAS compliant service for electronic signatures. The signing needs are ranging from a simple click-to-sign to advanced electronic signatures confirmed via bank ID’s or mobile certificate and everything in between. Capability for a Qualified electronic signature would be a plus. Documents to be signed will include e.g. internal decisions and documents, commercial contracts, employment contracts, study related certificates, etc. The tool shall be integrated to various signing processes generated in various other systems. The signed documents shall be retrieved from the tool via an API for long term storage elsewhere. As Aalto university is a public organization, many of our signed documents will be public, hence minimizing unnecessary inclusion of personal data of the signatories is of importance to us. E.g. inclusion of Finnish national PIN (personal identification number, HETU) in the signed document is in many cases unacceptable. Ease of use is also important as well as the accessibility of the end user views and processes. |
