| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | This is a Request for Information by Finavia for Helsinki Airport Operational Database (AODB). This is an invitation for all AODB system suppliers to provide information of their AODB solution and other aircraft turnaround solutions. Finavia invites all hub -type AODB suppliers to participate in this market survey with a solution in full readiness. This invitation is extended to suppliers with non-multiairport solution(s). Registration for interest and a short, free-form description/specification about the potential supplier and their AODB and other aircraft turnaround solutions are to be sent by https://www.lyyti.in/finavia_AODB by 26.01.2021 at 12:00 (Helsinki time). Based on the free-form specifications/descriptions, Finavia invites selected suppliers to join in a live discussion to go over their replies and to give a demonstration of their AODB system and other aircraft turnaround solutions. Discussions will be conducted in English by online call system (Microsoft Teams or similar). Finavia invites suppliers to familiarize themselves with more detailed material and to respond to the market survey questionnaire, which is expected to be submitted duly filled in by 26.01.2021 at 12:00 (Helsinki time). Market survey questionnaire can be submitted even without prior notification of interest, but without prior notification potential suppliers may not be invited to live discussion with Finavia. Finavia kindly reminds all potential suppliers that this is not a procurement notification or an Invitation to Tender, but a market survey and a Request for Information. Finavia does not commit to carrying out the procurement. All information collected with the Request for Information is confidential and shall only be used for planning the concept. This Request for Information does not obligate Finavia to carry out any procurement or to take the received responses into consideration when compiling a possible Invitation to Tender. Responding to the Request for Information is not a prerequisite for participating in possible procurement and giving a response does not obligate or entitle the party giving the response to participate in the possible procurement. Participating in this RfI will not be compensated. |
