Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus	This is a Request for Information by Finavia for Helsinki Airport Operational Database (AODB). This is an invitation for all AODB system suppliers to provide information of their AODB solution and other aircraft turnaround solutions. Finavia invites all hub -type AODB suppliers to participate in this market survey with a solution in full readiness. This invitation is extended to suppliers with non-multiairport solution(s). Finavia is looking for a single AODB solution to meet the needs of Helsinki and 20 regional airports across Finland. The volume of operations varies significantly at different airports and seasons. This requires a solution which is modular and can be adjusted in scope and functionality to meet the needs of each individual airport. One of Finavia´s main strategical objectives is to increase efficiency in turnaround processes and reduce amount of manual work. Another strategical objective is to be data driven. Solution must be able to automatically process all the relevant data based on industry standards. This is prerequisite to enabling utilization of machine learning and advanced analytics for optimization and prediction. Finavia invites potential suppliers to familiarize themselves with the more detailed material. E-mail registration is required to download the files. Finavia asks potential suppliers to registrate for interest with a short, free-form description/specification about the potential supplier and their AODB and other aircraft turnaround solutions. Questions may be submitted upon registration. Registration is open until 26.01.2021 at 12:00 (Helsinki time). Registration and document uploads are at: https://www.lyyti.in/finavia_AODB Registration can be re-accessed and files re-uploaded by using the "edit your information" -link provided in registration confirmation e-mail. Based on the free-form specifications/descriptions, questions and and response to a market survey questionnaire, Finavia invites selected suppliers to join in a live discussion to go over their replies and to give a demonstration of their AODB system and other aircraft turnaround solutions. Discussions will be conducted in English by online call system (Microsoft Teams or similar). Finavia kindly reminds all potential suppliers that this is not a procurement notification or an Invitation to Tender, but a market survey and a Request for Information. Finavia does not commit to carrying out the procurement. All information collected with the Request for Information is confidential and shall only be used for planning the concept. This Request for Information does not obligate Finavia to carry out any procurement or to take the received responses into consideration when compiling a possible Invitation to Tender. Responding to the Request for Information is not a prerequisite for participating in possible procurement and giving a response does not obligate or entitle the party giving the response to participate in the possible procurement. Participating in this RfI will not be compensated.
