| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The current (Rigaku Minstrel) crystallization imaging system is nearing the end of its life time, and thus we are renewing and upgrading our instrumentation. An automated protein crystallization imaging system will be acquired for Institute of Biotechnology, University of Helsinki. The system should include visible light and UV imaging options, a plate storage hotel and control software with options for screen design and scoring and viewing imaging results, and automated/programmable scheduling for the imaging. The imaging system must thus include a microscope with visible and UV imaging options suitable for protein crystallization experiments on 96 and 24-well plates and a plate hotel, and control computers as needed with necessary software. Full maintenance and service should be provided for the instrument, as specified in requirements. The total budget (VAT 0%) for the supply is 200 000 €. |
