| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | This notice is not a pre-notice, a procurement notice, an invitation to tender or an invitation to a negotiation procedure nor will this publication of a notice open a call for tenders. This is a request for information (RFI) / notification of a technical dialogue to identify markets and prepare for tendering. Veikkaus may use technical dialogue responses in the planning of a future procurement. Responding to an RFI and participation in a dialogue is not a prerequisite for participation on any future tendering process, nor is it binding the participants involved. No compensation will be paid to those involved in the RFI. Veikkaus (https://www.veikkaus.fi/fi/yritys?lang=en) gathers RFI information for the Experience management and control system - with turnkey services - in the new Casino Tampere which shall be opened on December 2021. Veikkaus requests candidates’ concrete proposals and tentative pricing models of enabling casino’s whole experience atmosphere; lights, sounds, video / led walls, projections, cameras, digital signage and av-media channels and all the needed devices (visual surfaces, led walls, light and sound system, displays etc.) In this request the desired solution architecture is presented mainly from systems’ and devices’ perspective in which modern and versatile API and automation capabilities are in focus. In addition Veikkaus is looking for top-level design and concrete construction expertise and experience in similar kinds of projects, with a tight schedule. There will be a separate RFI concerning Digital Services and AV Media solutions of other Veikkaus Points of Sales (than Casino Tampere) sent out in near future.
