| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The object of this Concession is to have Travel Services and operations available to customers at Helsinki Airport. Finavia wishes to grant possession of Premises located in the new Terminal 2 at Helsinki Airport, to an Operator specializing in the following landside travel services operations: - lost & found at terminal and shipping service - storage services for items owned by passengers - selling and renting items (exluding cars) - airport concierge - other value-adding services (excluding certain services) The Premises shall offer a comprehensive service portfolio specified in the documentation, with competitive pricing and pleasant ambience created by skilled and dedicated staff and coherent design to create additional value to passengers and the area. Excellent customer service is one of the key objectives of the entire airport. The Premises shall be open to all potential customers and other public audience without purchase obligation during the opening hours. The Premises will be leased so that the successfull tenderer "Operator" pays the Airport an agreed percentage of turnover generated each month at Helsinki Airport, but at least a business plan based minimum collaboration fee. The Premises has a floor area of 131,5m². The Premises shall be constructed in accordance with the project schedule of Helsinki Airport terminal extension. The Collaboration Agreement will enter into force 01.11.2021 on estimation. The construction shall start 01.06.2021 on estimation. The opening date of Unit is estimated to be 01.12.2021 on estimation. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to schedule changes and will confirm dates three (3) months prior Commencement date and the date of opening the Premises. The preliminary project schedule is included in the procurement material. The visual and interior design and the furnishing plan must be approved by Finavia. Tenderer shall commit to provide Finavia with required technical drawings of the concept. The Contracting Authority requires participants to return the Non-Disclosure Undertaking signed and e-mailed to the e-mail set in the Notice. The procurement documentation, including the Agreement, security details, floor plans etc are available only against a duly filled-in and signed Non-Disclosure Undertaking. The NDU form is available in Tarjouspalvelu for registered users. Upon receipt of the signed NDU, the Contracting Authority provides a link to a secure download location, from where the Tenderer may download the entire material. The Contracting Authority understands that the time that a concessionaire could reasonably be expected to take to recoup the investments made in operating the works or services together with a return on invested capital taking into account the investments required to achieve a reasonable amortization time may be longer at this time. The duration of the concession is five (5) years, but can be extended by two (2) optional years should parties accept the extension. The Contracting Authority sets suitability requirements to the Tenderers. The Tenders can only be sent via Tarjouspalvelu Supplier Portal. Registration to Tarjouspalvelu is free of charge. Tenders submitted in other ways or parts thereof will not be accepted without the request of the Contracting Authority. Tenderer's own conditions and terms may not be included to the Tender. The Contracting Authority has decided to extend the Tender period at the request of the Tenderers. |
