| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The Prime Minister’s Office is procuring the electronic country report service mainly for use by the Foreign Ministry. The potential users of the service are the approximately 1,440 employees of the Foreign Service. The service must be available using IP authentication, and all Government employees (about 4,900 persons) shall have access to it. Separate user IDs are not required. The reports should focus in particular on describing the political and economic situation in the countries. In this context, the Prime Minister’s Office is not interested in market information, business intelligence data concerning corporate finances, paid analyses or other such services. There must be a convenient way for users to download the country reports and, if desired, to print them out using the service. The reports must be in English, standardised and regularly updated. They must be available at all times of day (24/7) throughout the year. . Please answer the following questions: 1. Do you have the capacity to provide the country report service described? 2. If you are not able to provide the service described, in what way are our requirements impossible? 3. What is the coverage of your country report service (e.g. number of countries, regional distribution)? 4. What kinds of expert resources do you have for producing country reports? 5. If you wish, you can attach a completed report printed out from the service to your reply. 6. How much do you estimate that the service described will cost each year? 7. Is there any additional information you would like to add to your answer? The answers to the request for information should be sent by 30 December 2020 at the latest. |
