| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | This document is not a Contract Notice or Request for Tender but an Information Notice according to law (1397/2016, Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts) 65 §, with an attempt to investigate and collect information for planned purchase: portable CH4/CO2 Trace Gas Analyzer. The analyser will be used for measuring methane and carbon dioxide concentration of the air and needs to be suitable for chamber measurements. Required accuracy for methane is 2 ppb within 1000 to 10 000 ppb concentration range and for carbon dioxide 1.5% within 300 to 700 ppm concentration range. The analysis range should be 0.1-50 ppm for methane and 1-10 000 ppm for carbon dioxide. The analyser needs to be light in weight (maximum 12 kg including batteries) and suitable for field measurements. Fully charged, the batteries should last for a minimum of 8 hours in normal field conditions. The device should also be suitable for field measurements in the winter. Data transmission needs to be easy and also possible wirelessly. The device should have sufficient internal memory to store data during the field campaigns lasting for several weeks. In addition to the analyser, the quote should include a back bag that can be used for transporting the analyser into field, and a box or bag for storing the device., and a PAR sensor for photosynthesis measurements. |
