| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Finavia requests tenders for supplying Explosive Detection Systems for Cabin Baggage (EDSCB) with adequate, Workstations, Interfaces, Spare Parts and Design & Engineering work needed to be used to screen carry-on baggage. These Equipment will be used to screen passenger cabin baggage and similar items in various Finavia’s airports in Finland. The procurement shall be executed by a framework contract, whereby Finavia may purchase the Supplies during the contract period. The procurement shall consist of the minimum purchase of one (1) EU standard C3 (or higher) EDSCB equipment. The estimated maximum amount for additional Supplies to be purchased during the contract period is 20 to 30 EU standard C3 (or higher) EDSCB equipment with additional supplies. All Supplies to be provided under the framework agreement shall include, inter alia, the following features and services: Equipment have to meet at least EU Standard C3 for EDSCB and relevant ECAC Doc 30 recommendations. The security screening equipment / system must, in all respects, meet the regulations valid in Finland concerning structures, equipment and radiation-, electric-, work- and fire safety. Further, the systems have to meet the CE-requirements. The screening equipment have to meet, in all respect, at least all those EC Regulations valid at the moment of signing the contract concerning EU standard C3 EDSCB equipment. Equipment shall have a possibility to be integrated in MacDonald Humfrey Smart Lane, Tray Return System (TRS) EDSCB system must be approved to use MacDonald Humfrey trays Equipment shall have a possibility Remote Screening System (RSS) |
