| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Aalto Nanofab, a subunit of Aalto University, School of Electrical Engineering, Finland, is responsible for maintaining the operation and capabilities of Aalto University clean-room and laboratory facilities in the microfabrication centre Micronova. Aalto Nanofab needs a flexible, stand-alone PVD system focused on deposition of a broad range of different materials, including metal and oxide films, dielectrics and organics, with fast sample turnaround time. The PVD system will play an essential role in fabrication of e.g. microelectronic devices. |
