Hankinnan lyhyt kuvausThe system includes different printing modules: piezojet, high-density dispenser, fused deposition modelling (FDM), and aerosol jet. The system has accurate alignment tools. System has complete CAD/CAM package to operate the printing system, create print paths and patterns, and simulate motions. The system includes vision system to measure coordinates and adopt printing accordingly. We required a system with 5-axis simultaneous control (x,y,z, and two rotation angles) that can be used for the deposition of variety of materials, solutions, and inks to act as: - Conductive tracks (e.g. silver pastes and nanoparticle inks) - Dielectrics/insulators (e.g. polymer solutions) - Mechanical structures (e.g. PC, TPU, PLA) Motion range at least 200-200-100mm (X-Y-Z) was required. System is able to fabricate a cylinder having size of diameter 200mm and height 100mm. Axis repeatability: +/-10µm (X, Y, Z) Rotating axis accuracy 0°1‘30‘‘. Rotating axis repeatability 0°0‘6‘‘. The system includes surface topology scanner system to accurate scan the 3D surface and control the printing distances required for high density patterning. 3D printing system includes different printing technologies: · - 5-axis (x, y, z, rotation1, rotation2) fused deposition modelling (FDM) of different kind of filaments (PLA, PC, ABS, and TPU) with temperature control process up to 400C. The system must be capable to fabricate complex 3D shapes without supporting structures. - Aerosol print module for high density wiring (line width down to 50µm or smaller) of nano-particle metal inks, dielectric solutions, semiconductors, and solvents. Aerosol system must have viscosity range at least: 10 - 20mPas. The system must include a shutter to enable clean starts and stops. The system must include a temperature controller module. - Piezojet module for material deposition of high viscosity inks up to 100000 mPas with possibility to deposit nano- and microparticle solutions. The system must be capable for patterning line widths 400 µm. - Accurate dispensing head for high-density dispensing of functional fluids. The system must allow use of solutions with viscosity from 100 mPas to 500000 mPas. The system must work with opaque, glossy, and transparent substrates. - Dispensing module for one and two component fluids and pastes
