Hankinnan lyhyt kuvausHydrogen refueling station (HRS) VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd (VTT) is the leading research and technology company in the Nordic countries. More information about VTT: www.vttresearch.com. This notice is not a request for quotation or a prior information notice but rather a market survey of potential suppliers and solutions available. DESCRIPTION OF THE OBJECT OF THE INFORMATION REQUEST VTT is planning the procurement of Hydrogen refueling station (HRS) to be used for refilling fuel cell electric vehicles in VTT’s Bioruukki piloting centre located in Espoo, Finland. More information about Bioruukki piloting centre, please see: https://www.vttresearch.com/en/ourservices/vtt-bioruukki-pilot-centre With this request VTT’s intention is to get additional information about potential suppliers and solutions for the delivery of hydrogen refueling station to VTT as described in this information request. VTT is planning to use the HRS for development and pilot projects related to HD vehicles, which require mostly pressure level 350 bar (35 MPa). Since VTT is using a lot of hydrogen in Bioruukki piloting centre HRS can be connected to one or more hydrogen storage (200/300 bar) serving Bioruukki piloting centre. Due to this, HRS may not need additional hydrogen storage, only internal buffer storage for refilling. To achieve VTT’s objective, the HRS should be movable. While VTT is planning to use the HRS for development and pilot vehicle projects for 350 bar pressure level it would be beneficial to have a separate dispenser compatible with 700 bar setup so that refilling passenger cars to 350 bar (half full) would be possible. Since the primary purpose of the HRS is refilling of development and pilot vehicles the hourly hydrogen dispensing capacity can be modest, even less than 20 kg can be acceptable. The daily capacity 30 kg can be sufficient. However, these are initial lower limits and size of HRS is not limited to these levels. Both larger and smaller HRS can also be considered. With this information request VTT inquires your opinion about the following: - What kind of solutions can be offered and the scope of delivery - What standards (e.g. SAE J2601-1) your HRS comply - Description of your standard HRS solution if you have any. - The size of your HRS. - The dispensing capacity of your HRS with different external gas storage size and pressure levels (200 and 300 bar). - The movability of the HRS - Requirements and restrictions relating to safety and security, e.g. safety distances - Possibility to have dispenser to refill passenger cars with 350 bar (half full) - References for similar HRS delivered or under delivery - Delivery times. - Information about the prices (total cost of the system) for budgetary purposes, including pricing model - Information about warranty, maintenance plan and spare parts - Other relevant information related to the procurement of Hydrogen refueling station
