| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | OBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT A tender is requested for the Energy Measurement Units defined hereinafter and specified in more detail in this invitation to tender and annexes thereto. The Energy Measurement Unit that is the object of the procurement contains the following: 1. Energy Measurement Unit (EMU) 1.1 Energy Measurement Function (EMF) 1.2 Data Handling System (DHS) 2. Engineering, 3. Documentation and software, 4. Training, 5. Support for the installation and rollout of the EMU regarding the first two (2) Sm5 train units 6. Certification of the EMS The number of Sm5 train units is eighty-one (81). The technical requirements and installation environment of the Energy Measurement Units have been specified in the annexes to the invitation to tender: - Annex 1: Draft of the Supply Agreement - Annex 1.1: Technical Specification of the Energy Measurement Units The invitation to tender concern 162 (2 pcs/train unit) Energy Measurement Units and 10 Energy Measurement Units as spare parts i.e. in total one hundred and seventy-two (172) Energy Measurement Units as well as the necessary certification, documentation, software, training and rollout. DELIVERY TIME The equipment of the Energy Measurement Units will be delivered and accepted in five (5) batches as follows: Batch 1: 4 pcs, within 31.1.2021, installed, rollout carried out and homologated to two (2) Sm5 trains as well as the training for installation and maintenance provided and documentation delivered. Batch 2: 30 pcs, within 5.2.2021 Batch 3: 60 pcs, within 1.3.2021 Batch 4: 60 pcs, within 30.3.2021 Batch 5: 18 pcs, within 30.4.2021. Each batch will be accepted by a separate acceptance protocol. The delivery times will be amended in the negotiations and in the final invitation to tender, however so that all Energy Measurement Units shall be delivered within 30.4.2021 so that Junakalusto Oy is able to install all Energy Measurement Units within 31.5.2021. |
