Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus	Business Finland Oy is looking for a local partner for assessing and driving mega opportunities in Latin America related to connectivity & digitalization (especially open access networks and industrial networks as well as public safety). The target countries will include Chile, Paraguay, Brazil, Colombia and Bolivia. Possibly some other Latin American countries might be included later on, as well as some African countries. The local partner will act as a Strategic Advisor for Mega Opportunities initiative for Business Finland. The local partner will lead the mega opportunities work in Latin America. This work includes both analytical and operational work. The partner will identify different telecom and digitalization trends in the target markets and conduct in-depth analysis in them. The partner will further propose business development strategies that leverage from policy and market conditions at the targeted markets. The partner will assess the differences and similarities at the focus markets and draw parallels between them aiming at the identification of cross-pollination opportunities at the targeted countries. The partner will further assess the subsequent business opportunities for Finnish companies, perform analysis of the Finnish product and service portfolios and design strategic guidelines to foster the success of Finnish enterprises in the markets studied. The partner will utilize Influence Mapping tool to identify who are possible investors, beneficiaries endorsers and influencers in the identified opportunities. The partner will further manage the implementation of the agreed strategies at the markets. The service provider, partner, shall nominate a full-time (7,5 hours / day) dedicated resource to be responsible for the Strategic Advisor role including the communication between Business Finland’s Mega Opportunities initiative including its team members as well as subsequent Finnish enterprises. The selected resource shall become member of Mega Opportunities virtual team and lead the Latin America initiatives under the guidance of Business Finland Oy’s Mega Opportunities Initiative. The partner shall keep the Mega Opportunities team and Finnish enterprises informed about the status and news related to the above-mentioned issues with the help of webinars, workshops, newsletters and other suitable agreed means of communication. The partner shall further give generic level advice to the Finnish enterprises in above-mentioned subjects. Business Finland Oy will define, lead and guide the actions taken in the markets. The amount of workload might vary depending on the need of the Mega Opportunities initiative, but for the time being and until further written notice, the minimum work amount is 1 full-time resource. Additional resources can be utilized to support the implementation of agreed services. The procured service will include substantial travelling in the region and to Finland. Possibly travel to some other countries also required. The work is to be reported in English. English and Spanish fluency is required. Other necessary languages might be used as required to perform the agreed duties. The contract is valid until further notice. The termination notification shall be given with 4 months prior and is valid for both parties.
