| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Whole Exome Sequencing from whole blood samples, including sequencing of the whole exome, analysis of deletions / duplications and clinical statement 50 trios + 100 single WES-samples. Raw Whole Exome Sequencing data must be shared with the research group. Sanger Sequencing for confirmation of the variants when needed for diagnostic settings (for variants considered as pathogenic / likely pathogenic) must be included. Sanger Sequencing for confirmation of other variants when needed for research purposes must be available with additional costs. Possibility for further testing of family members with additional costs. |
