Hankinnan lyhyt kuvausThe purpose of the marketing campaign to be acquired is to increase the number of international tourists travelling to the project area during summer and autumn 2020. The marketing is to be done within one international OTA channel e.g. Expedia, Outdoor Active, Secret Escapes, Trip Advisor, Urlaubsgurus or any other suitable OTA channel. The cost estimate for the campaign is EUR 35,000. The objectives of the campaign are: 1. Marketing of Ruka-Kuusamo's offerings in the German and UK market areas 2. Marketing of Syöte in the German and UK market areas 3. Marketing of Salla in the German market areas 4. Marketing of Suomussalmi in German market areas 5. Marketing of Posio in the German market areas 6. Marketing of Taivalkoski in German market areas Technical objectives: - it is hoped that the campaign is realised with each destination, Ruka-Kuusamo, Syöte, Salla, Suomussalmi, Posio and Taivalkoski, having their own landing pages within the OTA where the campaign traffic is directed - the landing page for each destination should show products available for reservation by businesses in the destination - directing traffic from selected market areas to landing pages for the above destinations - other possible technical solutions for successful campaign implementation - in terms of reporting campaign effectiveness, landing page traffic data and ROI data concerning booked activities and accommodation through the destination landing page during the campaign, is needed. The objective of the tendering procedure is to find one (1) most economically advantageous operator. The Buyer reserves the right not to select any operator if suitable candidates are not found.
