This system consists of field devices sending or recording the audio and video and the receiving servers in Yle’s Helsinki Pasila main campus and also the receivers in Yle’s local regional offices. The new system should allow as mobile way of working as possible. With the Competitive dialogue tendering procedure Yle seeked a reliable and effective equipment solution and best concept of services. The procurement was divided into 2 lots: 1) Solution for audio production 2) Solution for video production. |
