| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Acoustic liquid dispensing is used to move precise nano scale aliquots of liquid fully contact free. Fully contactless dispensing eliminates risks of cross- contamination. Nano scale liquid transfer will be used for (but is not restricted to) compound management, crystallization experiments and cell assays. The instrument can be used to replicate libraries from multi-well plates, prepare assay ready plates, minimize assay volumes or cherry-pick samples and prepare crystallization experiments like screening of crystallization conditions with commercial screens and setup co-crystallization and ligand soaking experiments. The instrument can dispense various liquid types including aqueous liquids and DMSO. The software can be used to control the instrument and define dispense source and destination locations. |
