Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus	The Invitation to Tender concerns a framework contract (Annex 4) on the delivery of wheels of Sm5 train units (Annexes 1 and 2). The purpose of the invitation to tender procedure is to make with the selected Supplier a framework contract on the delivery of wheels so that the framework contract covers the need of wheels of Junakalusto Oy for about four (4) years so that the framework contract will be valid from the signature of the contract and it will expire on 31.12.2022. The wheels to be procured under the framework contract shall be manufactured in the European Economic Area (EEA), however so that the Tenderer can be also a Tenderer of the GPA region according to the legislation of the EU.
