| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The aim of this procurement is to purchase a device for isotope ratio mass spectrometer (IRMS), for light element stable isotope analyses both at natural abundance level and at enriched level. The elements of interest are carbon, nitrogen, oxygen and hydrogen (C, N, O and H, respectively). The procurement must contain necessary sample introduction peripherals for analysis of C, N, O and H isotope ratios from solid sample matrix as well as O and H isotope ratios from liquid sample matrix. The device will be used as a laboratory application for authoritative purposes of Finnish Food Authority in Helsinki, Finland. Additionally, the device will be used for scientific research in food chemistry or in applications related to the detection of different types of food frauds. The device must contain a suitable computer with needed software to control the IRMS and the included peripherals for sample introduction for the above-listed elements and matrixes. Additionally, the software must be suitable for data acquisition, processing, post processing, data analysis and reporting. Three additional user licences of the above-mentioned software must be provided. From here on, the IRMS with relevant peripherals for the mentioned application needs and the computer with needed software is all together referred as a device. The procurement contains the delivery of the device according to the terms of contract. New or a demonstration device can be offered. If a demonstration device is offered, it has to be directly from a manufacturer factory refurbished and with age less than three years at the date of issuing the tender. The schedule of the procurement is the end of the year 2019. The device shall be delivered and installed by 31st March 2020. The offered price shall not exceed 140 000 EUR (excl. VAT). |
