| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | This call for bids is for a medium payload drone for water sampling and profiling. The performance criteria are: 1. Ability to hover and for vertical movement 2. Payload 6-20 kg 3. Minimum flight time 15 min with 5 kg payload with single battery or set of batteries recharge 4. Quick battery or set of batteries recharge 5. Weatherproofing (IP-rating) is considered an advantage 6. Crash prevention system 7. Operating temperature minimum -5°C or lower, maximum +40°C or higher 8. The system must be fully flyable out of the box (Not including basic assembly and battery recharge), 9. Minimum auxiliary equipment: a. Batteries, supporting a total of one hour flight time. b. Charger supporting charging for multiple batteries or battery sets, quick charging c. Gimbal and camera, minimum Full HD, online video link, support for photogrammetry d. Radio control device with connection to tablet computer or integrated screen, possibility for auxiliary actions is considered an advantage e. Two sets of propellers f. Two sets of connection cables g. GPS-system with live map positioning, a more accurate system is considered an advantage h. Case for the drone i. Software for flying, possibility for custom offline maps The supply to be provided shall conform with the prevailing applicable EU-legislation and bear CE-marking if and when required. The delivery has to take place on or before 30.4.2020. |
