| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Åbo Akademi University intends to purchase a Differential scanning fluorimetry (DSF) system with aggregation optics. The instrument will be placed in the Biocity building (3rd floor) in Turku within the Structural Bioinformatics Laboratory at the Faculty of Science and Technology, Biochemistry, Åbo Akademi University. The Tenderer is requested to submit a tender for a fully operational DSF system based on, but not restricted to, simple, robust, label-free and rapid fluorescence-based nanoliter-scale analysis of stability and quality of protein samples for structural studies. The instrument will mainly be used to accurately monitor thermal and chemical unfolding as well as aggregation of microliter-scale protein samples of varying concentration in solution, with or without bound small molecule, DNA/RNA or peptide/protein ligands. |
