| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Turnkey construction of the RDI environment: - Testing activities are supposed to start immediately after the laboratory has gone through the final acceptance test on Linnanmaa campus area. - Resources appointed to the procurement are small. Oulu University of Applied sciences do not have enough human resources (amount and know-how) available for the laboratory building. Resources are reserved for the negotiations and coordination. - The budget for the procurement is 2.500.000 € (VAT 0 %). It includes the implementation and testing of the new Mobilab RDI environment. - With turnkey construction the functionability of the laboratory is confirmed: total delivery, product support, extensibility. - Responsibility of the functionality of the system is provided by the supplier. The Mobilab RDI environment is meant for: - Research and testing for the research organizations. - New product development for the companies - Education - Improving the technology awareness |
