| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | High performance mass spectrometer for proteomics and protein analysis The instrument will be part of the Biocenter Oulu protein analysis core facility at University of Oulu and is to be installed in the current mass laboratory in Kontinkangas campus. We are looking for a high performance instrument that will be mainly operated in LCMS mode with a normal flow chromatography system and used for the analysis of full length proteins and small organic molecules (metabolites and natural compounds). As a second field of applications, the instrument has to be suitable for proteomic workflows operated with nano flow chromatography. The instrument has to feature high resolution, sensitivity and mass accuracy. The tender has to contain a complete fully operational system. Chromatography systems are not compulsory. Refurbished/ex demo units will be accepted if including the same warranty as new instruments. The detailed requirements for the instrument are listed in the appendix. |
