Hankinnan lyhyt kuvausThe purpose of this Invitation to Tender is to request tenders from the real estate agents and through a competitive bidding process select a tenderer to whom is given an exclusive agreement. The object of the contract is to sell the current premises; the office premises and two apartments of the Embassy of Finland in Copenhagen. The premises are 51.7 % of the total property (in Danish: ideel anpart) Sankt Annæ Plads 24, 1250 Copenhagen K / Toldbodgade 18, 1253 Copenhagen K. The offices and apartments were totally renovated from March to August 1990. They have been in use by the Embassy of Finland since September 1990, first as rental premises and as from December 1991 owned by the Finnish state. Address of the office is Sankt Annæ Plads 24, 1250 Copenhagen K and address of the apartments: Toldbodgade 18, 2. th, 1253 Copenhagen K (the bigger one) and Toldbodgade 18, 2. mf, 1253 Copenhagen K (the smaller one). The Customer selects one (1) supplier with an exclusive agreement and concludes a contract with that supplier. The amount of services to be supplied is an estimate and does not form an obligation for the Customer to buy that amount of services. Description of the premises of Embassy of Finland: - Property registration No.: Matr.nr. 407 Sankt Annæ Øster kvarter - Ideel anpart: 51.7 % of the property - Construction period: 1895 - Building area (gross) : the whole property 3.703m2 of which 1.822 m2 to be sold + 92,55 m2 jointly owned area - ground floor : reception facilities, offices, kitchen and storage room +/-388 m2, - 2. Floor : office, two apartments +/-717 m2 - Office 183 m2 (netto) - Big apartment 255 m2 - Small apartment 60 m2 (netto), - 3. Floor : offices +/-717 m2.
