| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Aalto University is looking for information on different types of atomic/molecular layer deposition reactors (ALD/MLD) that are on the market or in development. Prototypes are also included in this inquiry. Aalto University is especially interested in versatile and flexible ALD/MLD-tools capable of delivering also low vapor pressure organic precursor molecules to the reactor. To enable systematic ALD/MLD process development, the reactor should also have integrated in situ FTIR (Fourier transform infrared) spectroscopy available. Aalto University is also looking for information on the companies that could offer the above mentioned solutions. The equipment will utilized at Aalto University School of Chemical Engineering by the research group led by prof. Maarit Karppinen. Prof. Karppinen is internationally renowned for her pioneering research on new ALD/MLD grown functional inorganic-organic materials, in particular for next-generation energy technologies. |
