| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The Purchaser is planning a new environmentally friendly heating plant on the site of the current Rantakatu plant. The new hybrid bio plant will use local fuel (forest chips, wood chips, sawmill byproduct, untreated recycled wood), and produce some of the internally consumed energy through solar power. The plant will be built in compliance with the Government Decree on the environmental protection requirements for medium-sized energy production units (VNa 1065/2017). The subject matter of the procurement consists of a 20MW solid fuel boiler for the heating plant in question, electrostatic precipitator, and a flue gas stack as well as a 20MW auxiliary load burner solution. A flue gas scrubber is not included in this Delivery. The subject matter of the procurement and minimum technical requirements are specified further in the appendices to the initial invitation for tender. |
