| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Aalto University School of Electrical Engineering, Unit of Aalto Nanofab is seeking a complete turn-key, stand-alone Spectroscopic Ellipsometer to be used in determination of thin film thickness and optical properties of oxides, nitrides and metals. It is to be used to aid process development of thin film deposition processes or for process control in fabrication of semiconductor and microelectronic devices. The spectroscopic ellipsometer will be installed into an ISO 5 class cleanroom and should be fully compatible with the requirements of such environment.
