| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Preferred specifications: - Operation type: sheet to sheet, - Camera-based alignment. Must be possible to remove substrate for annealing and attach again to machine in registry for multilayer printing: - Maximum printing area needs to be at least 15 cm x 15 cm, - Must be possible to print on flexible and rigid substrates, - Printing resolution (minimum linewidth and gap): optimal 1 µm, acceptable ~ 2 µm (specify what is achievable if this is too tight), - Overlay alignment accuracy: optimal 0.5 µm, acceptable ~ 1 µm (specify what is achievable if this is too tight), - Cliché thickness range 0.1 – 3 mm, - Indentation adjustment with ~ 1 µm accuracy or nip pressure adjustment, - Possible to use small cliche - minimum cliché size: 150 mm wafer size, 10 cm x 10 cm as square shaped. |
