| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Group 1: Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) underground cables Low Voltage (LV) underground cables, two types of cables: - 1 kV cables for 3 phase system, XLPE-insulated, with metallic screen and PE outer sheath. Rated voltage 0.6/1 kV. Phase conductor Aluminium, stranded, circular or sector-shaped. The operating enviroment temperature range of the cables shall be from –40o C to +40o C. Technical lifetime of the cables shall be longer than 40 years. Estimated volume per year: 2020: 250 km 2021: 250 km 2022: 300 km 2023: 300 km 2024: 300 km - 1 kV four-core cables, XLPE-insulated, with PE outer sheath (e.g. AXMK). Rated voltage 0.6/1 kV. Conductor Aluminium, stranded, circular or sector-shaped. The operating enviroment temperature range of the cables shall be from –40o C to +40o C. Technical lifetime of the cables shall be longer than 40 years. Estimated volume per year: 2020: 1850 km 2021: 2100 km 2022: 2050 km 2023: 2050 km 2024: 2200 km Medium Voltage (MV) underground cables: - 20 kV cables with aluminum conductors and PE sheath, laid-up (e.g. AHXAMK-WP). Rated voltage 12/20 (24) kV. Conductor Aluminium, stranded, circular, longitudinally water tight. The operating enviroment temperature range of the cables shall be from –40o C to +40o C. Technical lifetime of the cables shall be longer than 40 years. Estimated volume per year: 2020: 1650 km 2021: 1350 km 2022: 1250 km 2023: 1250 km 2024: 1350 km Peak volume estimation (LV and MV cables together): 100 - 125 km / week. For all above mentioned cables (LV and MV), Standard Cross sections are: Aluminium: 25, 50, 95, 150 and 240 mm2. For all above mentioned cables (LV and MV), possible volume commitment during the contract period is subject to negotiations and will be defined by Caruna before the final RFQ will be published. |
