| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The Purchaser is planning a new environmentally friendly heating plant on the site of the current Rantakatu plant. The new hybrid bio plant will use local fuel (forest chips, wood chips, sawmill byproduct, untreated recycled wood), and produce some of the internally consumed energy through solar power. The plant will be built in compliance with the Government Decree on the environmental protection requirements for medium-sized energy production units (VNa 1065/2017). The subject matter of the procurement consists of the fuel handling system including chain conveyors. The scope of the procurement consists all related design, building, and installation work. The equipment will be delivered in accordance with Finnish laws commissioned according to the tender offer documents. All equipment and labor that can be considered essential to the operation of the plant are included in the scope of the procurement regardless of whether they have been mentioned in the procurement plan or its appendices. The subject matter of the procurement and minimum technical requirements are specified further in the appendices to the invitation to tender. The Purchaser will arrange earthworks, foundation work, boiler, and buildings (boiler room, fuel and screening buildings) with separate procurement contracts and handle all district heating, electrical, bus, water, and waste water connections outside of the scope of the Delivery (the previously-mentioned are not part of the Delivery). |
