| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The ID issuer appointed by Finland will generate identifiers in accordance with Article 4 of the Commissions Traceability Regulation. The main tasks of the ID issuer is to: -to issue unique identifiers to tobacco manufacturers and importers for every packet of cigarettes and hand-rolling tobacco -to issue identifier codes to economic operators in the supply chain The ID issuer may establish and charge fees to economic operators solely for generating and issuing unique identifiers. All tasks of the ID issuer are described in the Annex 1 and in the Traceability Regulation. Procurement is described in detail in Annex 1 and in other materials of the invitation to tender. |
