| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The current system is coming to end of its life-time and thus we are renewing and upgrading our instrumentation. An automated nanodispenser system for protein crystallization will be acquired for the crystallization core facility at the Institute of Biotechnology, University of Helsinki. The crystallization core facility is part of INSTRUCT-HiLIFE structural biology platform and the national integrated structural biology consortium Structural Biology in Finland (FINStruct). The system should comprise of an instrument capable of pipetting sub-microlitre sitting and hanging drop plates in 96-well format as well as LCP crystallization experiments for membrane protein samples. Training, maintenance and service should be provided for the instrument, as specified in requirements. The total budget (VAT 0%) for the supply is 121 000 €. |
