| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The current library system in Aalto University is Voyager, which is coming to the end of its life cycle and therefore Aalto is looking for a new customer-oriented, modern, reliable system, which can be integrated to other university systems and services. As the result of the planned tendering process, Aalto will have a contract with one supplier for implementing a new library system and providing library platform to Aalto as SaaS. Implementation and migration of the system should take place preferably by the end of the year 2019. The implementation may be carried out in phases, which could be e.g. the following: 1) Setting up the environment for Aalto; 2) Migration of non-electronic material; 3) Migration of electronic material; 4) Other functionalities. The contract structure would consist of an implementation contract and a SaaS agreement. |
