| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The experimental research infrastructures of Bio and Circular Economy (Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Tampere University) consist of experimental setups and analytical laboratories for studying thermochemical processes, catalytic reforming, biorefineries and hydrometallurgy, biogas and carbon dioxide utilization, bioelectrochemical systems, water engineering and micropollutants, molecular biology, and synthetic biology. The flow cytometer will enable enumeration of microbial or microalgal cells from samples collected from the environment (soil, water bodies), different industrial and laboratory-scale bioprocesses, and co-cultures of engineered microbes. Scope of this call: flow cytometer equipped with two lasers, 96-well plate sampler, delivery, installation and users' training. Optional annual service package after the warranty period. |
