| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The current system is coming to end of its life time and thus we are renewing and upgrading our instrumentation. An automated robotic liquid handling platform/instrument will be acquired for the crystallization core facility at the Institute of Biotechnology, University of Helsinki. The crystallization core facility is part of INSTRUCT-HiLIFE structural biology platform and the national integrated structural biology consortium Structural Biology in Finland (FINStruct). The system should comprise of an instrument capable of making solution preparations on deep-well plates of the 96-well format from stock solutions from 50 ml falcons, and necessary control software, and be compatible with our current Formulatrix RockMaker screen design software. Training, maintenance and service should be provided for the instrument, as specified in requirements. The total budget (VAT 0%) for the supply is 125 000 €. |
