Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The Smart Photonic Materials team is aqcuiring a hybrid rheometer for the study of various soft and polymeric materials, such as elastomers and hydrogels. Our aim is to measure, e.g., viscosity, stress-strain curves, and stress relaxation, as well as to study the formation of a polymer network through UV curing during the rheological measurement. Temperature and humidity control of the sample during measurement is central to our research. The system to be purchased must have the capability to perform both rheological and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) measurements with the same device, only changing the accessories as needed. The temperature and relative humidity must be controllable simultaneously in both rheology and DMA measurement modes. |
