| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The objective of this procurement is to procure professional business development services to e.g. identify businesses, governmental and non-governmental organizations which express interest to network and either passively or actively cooperate in a structured program to mediate atmospheric icing problems encountered by their business or organization. Identified organizations and businesses shall sample across numerous industries. The general location of the businesses or organizations for the procurement shall focus on the Central Ostrobothnia, Ostrobothnia and Southern Ostrobothnia regions of Finland. Interested businesses or organizations outside of this area are acceptable but should not comprise more than 20% of the businesses or organizations identified. The tasks are: e.g. -develop a network of "atmospheric icing issues problem-ed" companies or organizations, -document the group membership, and establish a network member bidirectional communications method for delivering and receiving information concerning icing problems and associated remediation methods. -share information about the Nordic Icing Center of Expertise to the network and assist the Center to come to full communications with the identified network of companies/organizations.
