| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Tampere University’s faculties of Engineering & Natural Sciences and Information Technology & Communication develop various electronics and photonics solutions based on, for example, III-V optoelectronics, CMOS-technology, printable and flexible electronics. These targets are served by Micro and nanofabrication infra having capability to fabricate for example semiconductor chips and interface them to applications. Purpose of the tender is to strengthen our capability to make electrical interfaces between different types of chips and substrates. Overall requirement is towards wire bonding tool with high precision, automated operation, flexible user interface for RDI-use. Crucially important for our environment is to have flexibility towards different user cases in above mentioned field. Applications cases vary from complex CMOS circuits requiring hundreds of finely placed wires to high power applications towards heavier wire requirement, for example. Technical specifications and evaluation criteria for tender are selected to ensure flexibility, precision, and suitability to RDI-environment. PHASING OF THE CALL: Divided in two parts: - In phase one, accepted quotations are graded and up to 60 points are rewarded from quotation and related paperwork. - In second phase, remaining (up to 40 points) are awarded to tenderers based on evaluation tests done with demo system provided by tenderer. o By default only two (2) tenderers who have achieved most points in phase one are invited to phase 2 o If tenderer is not within best two suppliers in phase 2 but is within five (5) points from 2nd place then supplier is invited to phase 2 If tenderers are evaluated to have equal merit in some evaluation criteria all equal tenderers receive same number of points as they would in case where only one tenderer would meet criteria. For example, in point category where winner receives 10 points, all equal winners get 10 points. TAU reserves right to visit tenderers/suppliers after closing of tender to evaluate ease of use and other aspects relevant for selection. Tenderer must have demo system prepared for this within one month from closing of tender. Budget is 235 000 € and tenders over it are rejected. |
