| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | We are upgrading the testing capabilities of the geotechnical laboratory at the University of Oulu. In relation to this, we are acquiring an automated triaxial system for static loading of soils. The system will be used for testing of strength and deformation properties of natural soils and industrial by-products. This procurement is part of the project Academy of Finland: Cryosphere Research Infrastructure Platform (CRYO-RI). Please notice that the contracting entity cannot accept tenders exceeding 50 000,00 € (vat 0 %) at the moment because of the amount of funding of the project. The contracting entity reserves the right to buy options later and make additional purchases from the tenderer who has won. If more than one tenderer offers the same winning price, the winner shall be determined by drawing of lots. The Academy of Finland's CRYO-RI project must collect information about the supplier (contractor) and any subcontractors of the supplies related to the project of the contracting entity. The data will be collected from the contractor selected after the procurement decision by using a notification form for the contractor and subcontractor data. Further information on section Other information - Procurement background. Delivery and price must contain the following parts too. Please read carefully the requirement of the call for tenders. − Automatic static triaxial system for soil. − Necessary components for conducting a drained and an undrained triaxial test for a saturated soil sample according to standard ISO 17892-9. − Control and data-acquisition systems for conducting the test automatically. − Submersible load cell with capacity of 1 kN. − Submersible load cell with capacity of 2 kN. − Load ram to be used with submersible load cells. − External load cell with capacity of 2 kN and a load ram to be used with it. − Water de-airing system. − A split mould for preparation of compacted samples. − Tool for placing the membrane over the sample. − Filter papers and membranes for at least 30 tests. − Special tools for maintenance if required. − Calibration certificate for each transducer. − User manual. |
