Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus	The Finnish Patent and Registration Office (later PRH) aims to procure an XBRL validator to validate iXBRL financial statements. The validator should be able to do both technical and content level (formula) validations. PRH receives approximately 270 000 financial statements annually. In 2022 about 5 000 of them were filed in iXBRL-form. The validator must be able to validate all of the 270 000 financial statements for it to be future-proof. Annual report must be filed for most legal entities to PRH within 8 months after the financial period ends. Around 70% of financial periods end at the end of calendar year. About 10 000 to 20 000 financial statements are filed monthly, but on the busiest month even up to 70 000 financial statements are registered. The validator will be a part of the process for filing and registering financial statements. The financial statements will be passed to the validation process after receiving the filing through PRH’s iXBRL API. Physical presence is not required. However, if there is a need for e.g., on-site training, the travel costs for this will be agreed separately. Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus	In addition to the validator, The Finnish Patent and Registration Office (later PRH), aims also to procure a web-based iXBRL instance document creation solution. The solution can be a fillable web form that is modifiable for different taxonomies and all the varying forms for financial statements that they define for reporting to PRH. The solution must be able to create XBRL reporting templates nearly automatically based on the taxonomy Table linkbase definitions (primary) and presentation linkbase definitions. The solution must be able to create an iXBRL instance document based on input that the data that the customer provides. The solution should be available to all PRH’s customers that want to use it. Physical presence is not required. However, if there is a need for e.g., on-site training, the travel costs for this will be agreed separately.
