| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The object of the tender process is lab scale thermal processing system (later also “Equipment”). The system should be able to perform continuous heat treatments for low and high viscosity food and cellular agriculture materials [e.g. aqueous dispersions of plant-based ingredients (flours, protein powders), yoghurt base, biomass from microbial fermentations] for research purposes. The technical specification of the equipment to be supplied is discussed in more detail in Annex 1. Used or refurbished unit can be considered as well. Used Equipment can be maximum five (5) years old. The refurbished/used equipment must fulfill all the minimum requirements specified in the invitation to tender. The objective is to find one professional supplier that can guarantee a high standard of quality and who is capable of providing the Equipment, installation and user training in its entirety. VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd will choose one supplier from among the tenderers. VTT’s budget for the procurement is 110 000 € (VAT 0%). The objective is for the equipment to be supplied by December 1, 2023, at the latest. |
