| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The objective of the project is to create and implement fully automated Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) picturing, measuring and weighing for the unitized road traffic for Vuosaari Port, of Port of Helsinki. This Traffic Management System (TMS) will form a part of One gate logistics solution concept. The TMS system shall be connected to Access Control System (ACS) to marry measurement data, vehicle ID and visiting event. It will complement the One gate logistics solution concept and TMS as itself shall provide expanded data service for clients operating HGV’s through Port of Vuosaari. The measurement system data will be collected and stored by the now procured TMS and shall have operating interface TMS Terminal of its own at the gate control office. The TMS terminal shall be used to data operations such as selection, grouping, analyzing and authorizing access to TMS collected data etc. The TMS Terminal as a separate unit is not compulsory. However, TMS management application must be provided to Port of Helsinki traffic information management purposes and in tender phase to be described with adequate details. The gate solution has been implemented and is operated per hierarchical “common gate”, ISPS-gate, terminal gate basis in a multi operator environment with several possible users at one time.
