| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Metropolitan Area Transport Ltd. (KLOY), Helsinki, Finland is seeking a new metro train detection system and is interested to learn about various technologies and solutions available in the market which can serve the purpose. Therefore, specialized companies/entities are encouraged to fill in the questionnaire accessible via the supplier portal in the address https://tarjouspalvelu.fi and submit the questionnaire at the same address. The replies to the questionnaire will support Metropolitan Area Transport (KLOY) in obtaining relevant information on the market and in planning prospective procurement procedures. The replies submitted will be treated confidential on behalf of KLOY. This notice launching the Request for information will be published on the official electronic notice board for public procurement in Finland in the address http://www.hankintailmoitukset.fi. The notice is not an invitation to tender but a preliminary market consultation in accordance with the applicable Finnish public procurement law (section 69 of the Act no. 1398/2016, Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts for entities operating in the water, energy, transport and postal services sectors). In addition, the contracting entity may dispatch the notice directly to potential suppliers. For the avoidance of doubt, this notice is not intended to be taken as a call for competition, and any subsequent procurement process will be subject to a further contract notice. Parties should note that replying to the questionnaire is not a prerequisite to participating in any subsequent procurement process nor does lack of participation create an obstacle for taking part in a procurement process. Interested parties should note that the contracting entity accepts no liability for any costs howsoever incurred by interested parties in respect of participating in this Request for information process. |
