The new sports betting solution will be in use in Veikkaus’ digital and retail channel. In retail channel Veikkaus has its own terminal to which the new platform shall be integrated to. Veikkaus has its own Player Account Management (PAM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems that should be integrated to the new sports betting solution. |
