| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The Tenderer is requested to submit a tender for a fully operational MUSCA system which should be compatible with combined/online measurements using Äkta Purifier 25 and size exclusion chromatography (SEC). The system should (not restricted to) carry out simple, robust, simultaneous analysis of multiangle light scattering (MALS), refractive index (RI) and dynamic light scattering (DLS) properties of proteins with or without bound small molecule, DNA/RNA or peptide/protein ligands. The instrument will be installed in the Biocity building, 3rd floor, by the Tender in Tykistökatu 6 A, FI-20520 Turku, within the Structural Bioinformatics Laboratory, Faculty of Science and Engineening, Biochemistry, Åbo Akademi University. The physical size and weight should be such that the instrument can be placed on a standard laboratory table. The instrument should be functional at ambient temperature varying from 20°C to 25°C. Excluding maintenance breaks, the MUSCA system should be measurement ready continuously, throughout the year. |
