| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Self-test solution is a web-based self-assessment tool, and it is designed to assess a player’s gambling behavior based on the answers to predefined questions. Self-test solution provides information that can be used to give players customized test results report, feedback, and recommendations for action. Self-test can measure players early sings of negative consequences and overconsumption in relation to gambling. Self-test might be helpful for motivating players to change their gambling behavior and it is effective for making referrals to Veikkaus’ responsible gambling tools. To make sure that the self-test solution is particularly suitable for Veikkaus, it is important that the online self-test solution is an established service, i.e. has been already in commercial use with large customer base operators. In short, the platform should have at least the following capabilities: • Software as a service • Administrative tool • Support Client in web site integration • Content available in target language • User support • Administrative support to Client’s staff |
