Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus	The following services will be purchased. High-throughput sequencing for Whole Genome sequencing (WGS), Whole Genome Bisulfite Sequencing (WGBS), and RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) services. All services should include quality control measurements and library preparations. Estimated sample number per year for WGS is 100-200 and RNA-seq are 100-150 per year and for WGBS ~50 per year. These samples are provided as extracted DNA and RNA. The study is part of an ongoing EU project DECIDER led by Professor Sampsa Hautaniemi at the University of Helsinki. The project builds on existing data received from previous sequencing for this project which was produced according to the procedures described in the invitation to tender section VI.4) Other information: "Content of the services", and thus the sequencing data purchased from the service provider(s) should be compatible with these data types. An agreement starting at July 2023 and lasting 31 months will be signed of the services. One or many services will be ordered in smaller batches. For each order a separate sub-agreement needs to be prepared and signed to define requested services, number of samples, up-to-date prices and deadline for data delivery.

Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus	The following services will be purchased. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) sequencing services including DNA extraction, and high-throughput sequencing for whole-genome shallow sequencing (sWGS) and whole-exome sequencing (WES). All services should include quality control measurements and library preparations. We estimate to sequence ~80 samples for sWGS and ~40 for WES. Since these plasma samples are provided before extraction and may have too low amount of DNA, extraction is needed for ~150 samples per year. The study is part of an ongoing EU project DECIDER led by Professor Sampsa Hautaniemi at the University of Helsinki. The project builds on existing data received from previous sequencing for this project which was produced according to the procedures described in the invitation to tender section VI.4) Other information: "Content of the services", and thus the sequencing data purchased from the service provider(s) should be compatible with these data types, mainly NEBNext Ultra II DNA Library Prep Kit and Novaseq 6000 sequencing.
